1. Connect & Discover


Fill out the enquiry form and I will get back to you right away. I offer a free consultation to discuss your wedding plans and also offer in person meet ups dependant on your location. If your happy with everything a deposit is asked to secure your date followed by a contract which gets sent via email.

2. plan & prepare

During your consultation a wedding questionnaire will be sent out to you via email for you to fill out and give me all your info regarding your wedding plans, this helps me plan ahead of your big day so everything runs smoothly on the day.

In the meantime if you have any questions I'm always here to help.

3. Capture & Deliver


After your EPIC day, you will receive up to 10 photo previews within 48 hours - photo highlights of your day. Depending on how busy I am during peak wedding season galleries are typically sent between 4-8 weeks, peak wedding season - up to 10 weeks.

All galleries are  collated in an online gallery for you to view, share and download  & sent via a password protected link.

Full wedding packages which include physical USB's will be posted within 14 days of receiving your final gallery.

are the travel expenses included in your packages?



A small travel fee applies for locations 25 miles outside of Cardiff, South Wales, this is charged at 0.85p per mile to cover my petrol expenses.

wHATS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY & are deposits non refundable?


Deposits are non refundable and I kindly ask that any cancellation is made no later then 30 days before your date so i have time to offer your date to someone else.




How long does it take to get our photos?


You will receive your sneak peeks within 48 hours of covering your wedding which are sent via a password protected link via email. During non peak wedding months galleries are typically sent between 4-8 weeks.

During peak wedding season galleries are sent between 6-10 weeks max.

Can I order prints or albums through you?


Yes I offer prints and bespoke albums, please enquire for more info.

do you work alongside other wedding vendors?


I am happy to work alongside videographers & content creators however I am a sole photographer and do all the photographing and behind the scenes editing myself. If you are planning on booking a videographer or content creator please could you notify me before your big day.

when do we have to pay our full balance?


I require a deposit to secure your date in my diary, you can pay off the rest of your remaining balance anytime you'd like. I ask that the full balance is paid a week before your wedding.

do we need to meet beforehand?


No, we do not need to meet beforehand and I typically suggest a consultation via phone call or video call however I am happy to arrange a meet up depending on your location from Cardiff.

how far in advance should we book you?

I always advise to book at least 1 year in advance as dates go quick especially during peak engagement season but always drop me a message and check my availability.
